1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Protctus subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle. You will retain access to premium features until that cycle concludes.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our on-device cybersecurity software and instant activation of premium cloud features, all subscription sales are final and non-refundable.
We clearly outline our pricing (e.g., ₹349/Year for Premium) and features before purchase to ensure you know exactly what you are paying for.
3. Exceptions
In the rare event of duplicate charges due to a technical error on our payment gateway partner (Razorpay), please contact our support team immediately at support@protctus.com. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
